Satao Camp's location is indisputably unique; nestled beneath the shade of the old tamarind trees, just in front of a very favoured waterhole, guests are ensured breathtaking view to the many elephants coming daily for a drink and a refreshing wash.
Satao Camp takes you back to the classical out of Africa safari with green canvas tents, bush-style showers and personal and friendly service; evoking a feeling of the true ‘Old African’ experience.
Accommodation is offered in Standard/Family Tents and Suite Tents, all of which are en suite, and with their own patio with a table and chairs.

The dining room overlooks the Satao Oasis and serve a delicious selection of international cuisine. Buffet lunch is served under a 200-year-old tamarind tree where guests may watch the elephants at the camp’s own watering-hole. Buffet dinner is served in the restaurant lounge area.
